Healthy Boundaries for Healthy Leaders Training Plus Overview of The Self-Differentiated Leader
LeaderWise’s online boundaries training workshop addresses boundaries from a place of care for the well-being of the leader. Our organizations and faith-communities are impacted by their leaders, so it is imperative that leaders consider their well-being, their boundaries, and the power that is conferred upon them. The Healthy Boundaries for Healthy Leaders workshop is interactive, full of reflection and conversation. Those leading faith communities tell us that our boundaries training was a great experience and beneficial for them in their leadership.
This particular training includes part one which covers the foundations of boundaries and relationships within ministry, as well as part two which takes a high-level view of being true to your calling and your personhood in The Self-Differentiated Leader.
This live online boundaries training is 6 total hours (with an hour-long lunch break) and will be conducted via secure Zoom video conferencing.

Participation in the full day of training is required in order to earn a completion certificate. Training will conclude at 5p ET / 4p CT / 3p MT / 2p PT, with an hour-long break at 2p ET / 1p CT / noon MT / 11a PT.
