Judicatory Leaders Journeying Together: A Group Coaching Experience
Very few people do what you do as a judicatory leader. The work involves a demanding schedule, and the position can feel very lonely. Experience support and camaraderie through a group of peers in this LeaderWise judicatory executive group coaching cohort. Leaders who join this cohort gain the opportunity to gather on a regular basis with a small group of ecumenical peers in a space facilitated by an experienced professionally credentialed coach, who was also a bishop in the Episcopal church. Cohort members will share experiences, bounce ideas, wonder together, and support one other. Loneliness was declared a national epidemic by Vivek Murthy, the Surgeon General of the United States. Leaders in the church are just as lonely as the average population, and feel more isolated than the average population.* Leaders who “go it alone” remain at risk of burnout and loneliness. Join us to navigate the leadership competency and contextual understanding essential to your work. Anyone who serves on a judicatory staff is invited to join in this rewarding opportunity.
Logistics: The group will meet monthly for 90 minutes at a time for 6 sessions. At the end of the six sessions, the group will decide whether they want to continue.
Cost: $900 for the 6 sessions ($150/session per person)
