REFLECTIVE SUPERVISOR

Jody Thone began her studies in Reflective Supervision in December of 2019 in Cambridge, England with the Principal of Wesley House, Jane Leach. Jody is the Director of Leadership Development for the Minnesota Annual Conference and the Conference Coordinator for Minnesota and the Dakotas. She is a consulting and training supervisor and a triad facilitator. Jody is currently enrolled in the 2024 diploma program for Reflective Supervision. Jody practices reflective supervision with a deep appreciation for the Spirit’s presence and the variety of tools available for exploring & imagining. She loves offering creative methods and embodied reflection that is so often absent in our daily life. Jody is also a coach, having trained with Newfield Network and New Ventures West coaching schools and has a background in local church leadership, non-profit leadership and corporate leadership development.
