CYNTHIA WILLIAMS

REFLECTIVE SUPERVISOR

Rev. Cynthia Williams is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church.  She currently serves as Superintendent, Twin Cities District in the Minnesota Annual Conference.  She is a Reflective Supervisor, a life coach, pastor, teacher and preacher.  Cynthia has a passion for calling organizations and individuals to intentionally and authentically embrace their identity, creativity and wholeness in Christ.  

Prior to entering full-time ministry, Rev. Williams spent over 20 years in the corporate sector in the area of customer operations with a focus on client intelligence, strategic planning and staff and systems development.  

Rev. Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Masters of Divinity from Luther Seminary, St Paul, MN.
